Originating from the Stag Clan, the people that now call Lorimar home once lived wildly among the trees of the Vitari Forest. Even during the reign of the Sorian Emperor, the people of the Stag fought against his oppressive ways. Much to the frustration of the Dragon Clan, the home of the Stag was so elusive that his warriors were unable to neutralize the threat. Today the people of the Stag reside in the Kingdom of Lorimar, where they are known for their skills animal husbandry, leather working and archery.

Tucked away deep inside the Vitari Forest, the Lorimari make their homes high in the massive, sprawling treetop canopy of the Great Pines. Though the city is no longer hidden, the Lorimari remain a selective lot, preferring peace and tranquility to violence, a way of life that now stands in sharp contrast to the warriors of old that fought the Sorian King. In spite of this cultural shift, stories of their peoples bravery are still shared by Lorimari storytellers to this day.

The Lorimari are responsible for much of the kingdoms leather goods, including clothing, saddles and leather armor, as well as their distribution of raw materials such as unfinished leather, fur pelts and tanned hides. Despite the importance of their leather skills, the true fame of the people of Lorimar comes from their skill with beasts and bows. The Lorimari Beast Whisperers are known well beyond the borders of Isstia, as are their fierce archery skills which are said to be unrivaled by all.

Like many of the other kingdoms, the people of Lorimar are known for a few of things that make them unique. These are outlined below:

  • Lorimari Steeds: Lorimari Steeds are prized among the people of Isstia for their strong breeding and training. Though the steeds are most known for their strong bodies and resiliency in battle, they are also known for their flowing manes and majestic beauty.
  • Bullseye: The warriors of Lorimar are renown throughout the land for their expert marksmanship and bow work. Almost all prize markmen in the imperial military hail from Lorimar, a fact which the kingdom takes great pride in.
  • People of the Moon: The moon is a huge part of Lorimari culture. Every Quintilis, the months first full moon is celebrated with a festival held in the treetop courtyard of Lorimar. During the "Festival of the Moon Maiden", the people of Lorimar enjoy wine, dancing and music before the night is capped off with the Parade of Lights, a tradition in which floating lanterns are released into the sky to help light the way for all lost souls who seek safe passage into the stars.
